About

Founded in 2016, Impact HRT was conceived after years of working on and assessing complex HR (and organisational) transformational change programs, both client and consultant side. Over the years, patterns started to emerge; successful programs shared common elements, and program failures typically resulted from one or more common mistakes.

Impact HRT leverages 20+ years of experience, cutting our teeth and honing our skills working for various tier 1 consulting firms and global organisations. We are dedicated to providing client-side support to maximise value and minimise the risk of our clients' HR technology programs.

We operate a little differently to the typical consultancy; we seek to identify labour cost savings where we have access to relevant employee and payroll data (regardless of engagement scope) , align our interests to those of our clients and staunchly support and defend these interests as they navigate a myriad of consulting houses, employment law / IR firms and vendors to realise sustainable business value.

Maybe you're a little jaded of being pedaled 'off the shelf solutions' that don't align to your objectives, frustrated by junior consultants that are learning on the job and don't understand your business, or you seem to be spending more time negotiating change requests than driving transformational change. Impact HRT is 100 per cent vendor agnostic.  Our reputation is built by aligning our interests to yours, and by having your back at all times. Your success is our success.
